\"\"<\/a>BASKING RIDGE \u2014 The DiMarcello sisters, Elena and Anna\u00a0secured the first two spots in the 1600m race. Elena placed first as the only runner to finish under five minutes with a 4:5939 followed by Anna’s time of 5:06.15. The North Hunterdon 4×800 team also earned gold medals, crossing the finish line in 9:21.98.<\/span><\/p>\n

Elena DiMarcello collected gold medal no. 2 thanks to a time of 11:03.77 in the 3200m race with teammate Fiona Letko adding a top finish to the Lions’ cause with her 111-4 throw in the javelin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Emily Nugent placed 2nd in the 3200 meter run.<\/span><\/p>\n

Megan Stenberg got Silver in the 100 meter hurdles.\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n

Best of Luck to the top six finishers<\/u><\/strong> who will compete at the state Group meets this weekend June 2\u00a0and 3\u00a0at Egg Harbor Township for Group (1 and 4).<\/span><\/p>\n
