The Board of Education of the North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District in the County of Hunterdon, New Jersey (the “Board”) provides Notice of Award of a Food Service Management Company Contract.\u00a0 The Board, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-5(a)(22) has awarded a contract for food services, provided by a food service management company, pursuant to procedures established by the New Jersey Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Child Nutrition Programs, and are exempt from the requirement of public advertising for bids and bidding; and pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.1(h), the Board authorized a competitive contracting process for the solicitation and evaluation of proposals.\u00a0 Pursuant to a previously published advertisement, a request for proposals was issued and proposal submission, evaluation and selection were conducted in conformance with the requirements for competitive contracting contracts set forth in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-5.\u00a0 The Board has awarded a food service management contract to Pomptonian Food Services Management of Fairfield, NJ for Food Services Management for the period July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.\u00a0 The contractual amount shall be for actual, allowable costs, as well as an administrative\/management fee of $0.0526 for each $1.00 of sales, as approved at the May 7, 2024 Board of Education meeting.\u00a0 Contract and the authorizing resolution are available for public inspection in the offices of the Board Secretary located at 1445 State Route 31 South, Annandale, NJ\u00a0 08801.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
