The North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District of Annandale, New Jersey, hereby solicits proposals for the following professional services, Tutoring Services<\/strong>, via the Request for Proposals (RFP) process.\u00a0 The contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the respondent who submits a response which is deemed to provide for the highest quality of service at a fair and competitive price and is most advantageous to the Board, price and other factors considered, for contract period commencing July 1, 2022 and concluding June 30, 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tutoring Services – <\/b>RFP # 22-04<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

DESCRIPTION – This is <\/b>not <\/b>an Addenda<\/b>
<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

As many questions have been sent, please be sure to read the specifications provided in the RFP regarding submission requirements, deadlines etc.\u00a0 All submissions will be considered if the legal requirements are met.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Proposals must be sealed and delivered to the Business Office of the North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District, 1445 Route 31 South, Annandale, NJ\u00a0 08801 on or before the date and time indicated below<\/span>.\u00a0 The sealed packages must be delivered between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal and district holidays.\u00a0 The envelope to bear the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n

The RFP opening process will begin on the above advertised date and time at 1445 Route 31 South, Annandale, NJ 08801.\u00a0 No proposals shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement.\u00a0 (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21 (b)).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

All respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., Affirmative Action Against Discrimination and N.J.A.C. 1:27 et seq.\u00a0 As Federal ESSER Funds may be expended on this Proposal, Respondents are also required to comply with the requirements of 2 CFR \u00a7\u00a7 200.318 through 200.327.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Corporate respondents are required by law (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) to submit a list of names and addresses of all stockholders owning 10% or more of their stock.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

A Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Contractor Questionnaire\/Certification also must be filed with the proposal.\u00a0 The proposal package will also include other documents that must be completed and returned with the proposal.\u00a0 Failure to comply with instructions for Respondents and to complete and submit all required forms, may be cause for disqualification and rejection of the proposal.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-2(s), (t), (x), (y), 18A:18A-4(a), 18A:18A-22, and to waive any informalities.<\/span><\/p>\n

All proposals solicited and received are done so pursuant to the Request for Proposals Process.<\/span><\/p>\n
