RFPs must be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered or mailed to the Office of the School Business Administrator\/Board Secretary of NHVRHSD, <\/span>1445 State Route 31, Annandale, NJ 08801<\/span> and <\/span>received<\/span> on or before<\/span> Wednesday,<\/b> June 1, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. <\/b>\u00a0<\/b>The envelope, and if the envelope is placed in a mailer, must be distinctly marked with the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n

All necessary RFP specifications and forms may be obtained on the Board\u2019s website, see below, <\/span>as well as at the <\/span>NHVRHSD Administrative Building, <\/b>1445 State Route 31, Annandale, NJ 08801<\/span> between the hours of 9:00 A.M and 2:00 P.M.<\/b>\u00a0 All RFP addenda will be issued on the website, see Addenda below.\u00a0 Therefore, all interested respondents should check this website from now through the bid opening date.\u00a0 It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any proposals, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-2(s), (t), (x), (y), N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4(a-c), and N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions, that may be in the best interest of the Board.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
