The Board of Education of the North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District in the County of Hunterdon, New Jersey (the \u201cDistrict\u201d) has awarded a contract pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.5. et<\/u> seq<\/u>. to Advance Solar Products (\u201cASP\u201d) for a power purchase agreement (the “Solar PPA”) for a term of fifteen (15) years for the installation and maintenance of photovoltaic panels for the purpose of generating electricity at all or some of the following schools: North Hunterdon High School and Voorhees High School.\u00a0 The proposed price of the Solar PPA is $0.09 (0.9 Cents (less than 1 cent per kilowatt hour) per kilowatt hour (kWh) as a base bid. The contract, and the resolution authorizing it, are on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Acting Business Administrator\/Board Secretary located at 1445 State Highway 31, Annandale, New Jersey, 08801.\u00a0<\/p>\n
