LEGAL NOTICE
SEALED PROPOSAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS FOR:
Ramp Replacement at BOE Office Building<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notice is hereby given that Sealed Bids will be received by the North Hunterdon-Voorhees
Regional High School District, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, for the project listed above
together with all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Requirements of the Drawings
and Specifications prepared by the District’s architect.
A Pre-Bid Conference for all Bidders will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 1:30
p.m. at the School Board District Office, located at 1445 Route 31 South, Annandale, New
Jersey, 08801. This is for the purpose of considering questions posed by the Bidders.
Bids for the above project will be received by Kathryn Blew, Business Administrator, for the
Board of Education at North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District, 1445 Route 31
South, Annandale, New Jersey 08801, until 1:30 p.m. prevailing time on Wednesday, October
15, 2025, and will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter.
Project Drawings, Specifications and Bidding Documents are on file and may be examined
during normal business hours at the Architectural firm of Parette Somjen Architects L.L.C., 439
Route 46 East, Rockaway, NJ 07866, Telephone (973) 586-2400.
Electronic Copies of said Documents may be obtained by the Bidders from the architect by
submitting an email request to Daniel Vivanco at dvivanco@planetpsa.com. Bidding documents
will not be mailed, emailed, or be available for pickup or inspection. They may only be
downloaded from the secure FTP website with access granted upon request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
