He can be contacted at <a href=\"mailto:msquarcia@nhvweb.net\">msquarcia@nhvweb.net\u00a0<\/a>or 908-735-2846, ext. 5182.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In compliance with the requirements of Title IX, 34 C.F.R. \u00a7 106.45 (b)(10), the NHV district has provided required training to all Title IX personnel including the District\u2019s Title IX Coordinator, Investigator(s), Decision-Maker(s), and Facilitator(s) each August during staff in-service days.
