How to View Specific List of Unexcused Absences (Total # for specific class) in Aspen<\/p>\n
Step 1<\/p>\n
Click on Academics<\/p>\n
Step 2<\/p>\n
Click on the class you wish to view attendance<\/p>\n
Step 3<\/p>\n
Click on Attendance in the left column<\/p>\n
Step 4<\/p>\n
Once this page comes up you will see the dates and all of the absences that the student had for that specific class.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Below are the most common codes used.<\/p>\n
A-E – Absence is Excused<\/p>\n
A – Unexcused even if no reason is provided under Reason column<\/p>\n
T – Tardie (Late to class) Remember every three lates to class equals one unexcused absence<\/p>\n
