{"id":466,"date":"2017-07-20T15:49:35","date_gmt":"2017-07-20T15:49:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nhvweb.net\/guidance\/?page_id=466"},"modified":"2022-03-25T12:33:20","modified_gmt":"2022-03-25T12:33:20","slug":"viewing-overall-attendance","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.nhvweb.net\/counseling\/viewing-overall-attendance\/","title":{"rendered":"View Summarized List (Total Number) of Unexcused Absences"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>How to View Summarized List of Unexcused Absences (Total # for each class) in Aspen<\/p>\n<p><strong>From Parents&#8217; Aspen accounts,\u00a0 use the following instructions:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click\u00a0Family\u00a0top tab<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click on\u00a0Details\u00a0on the left side of the screen<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under Reports, select\u00a0Summary of Class Attendance &#8211; Portal<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Leave all the questions to the default values<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click Run.<\/p>\n<p>If there is a message that says &#8220;The results were empty&#8221;, it means your student has no unexcused absences.<\/p>\n<p><strong>From Students&#8217; Aspen accounts,\u00a0 use the following instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click My Info top tab<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click on Attendance on the left side of the screen<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under Reports, select Attendance Summary &#8211; Student<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Leave all the questions to the default values<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Using the gray scroll down bar on the right of the Attendance Summary box, \u00a0scroll down and click on Run<\/p>\n<p><strong>Understanding the Summary of Unexcused Attendance report<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After the report has run a page will appear with the PDF.
