If your child is withdrawing or transferring from the North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District to another school, please follow the steps below:<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/strong>1.\u00a0 Notify your child’s School Counselor.
\n2.\u00a0 Fill out the top half of this form:\u00a0 \u00a0 District Sign Out Form<\/a>
\n3.\u00a0 A\u00a0parent\/guardian must sign the form.
\n4.\u00a0 On the last day of attendance, the student must:
\n\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/em> –\u00a0 return all school property (books, chromebooks, sports uniforms, etc.)
\n\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 \u00a0 –\u00a0\u00a0obtain Part A (teacher) and Part B (financial obligations) signatures
\n\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong><\/em>–\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>pay any financial obligations
\n5.\u00a0 Return the FULLY-COMPLETED Sign-Out Form to the School Counselor.<\/span><\/p>\n
