Welcome to the North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District!\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Moving into the high school district? If so, the information provided below will help guide you on how to enroll your child in our district.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Determine Which High School:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The municipality in which you reside determines the high school your child will attend:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

2. Submit the Online Registration Form<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Once determining which high school your child will attend based on the municipality in which you live, please submit the Online Registration Form.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once the online form is submitted, you will be contacted to make a registration appointment.\u00a0 A parent\/legal guardian must deliver the required documents listed below.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Prepare for your Registration Appointment:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Please bring the following required documents to the scheduled appointment.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Student\u2019s Birth Certificate or a copy; passports are also acceptable.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Immunization records \u2013 to be approved by the Health Office. Student will not be admitted to classes until this is on file with the Health Office.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. A medical physical within the last 365 days, recorded on the NJ Medical Physical Form: click here for blank physical form<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Proof of residency in this school district:<\/span>\n
