Pre-Season Meeting: November 1st, Room 250 @ 2:45<\/strong><\/p>\n

Must be completed in order to tryout:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1. ASPEN – make sure parents sign you up and complete all paperwork on line.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0Need valid baseline concussion score on file (it is good for two years). Parents will receive an email with a link to sign up for a baseline test if needed.\u00a0It is very important that the parents check their email after signing them up so they can register for a test session if needed.<\/p>\n

3. Turn in a valid physical to nurse if needed.<\/p>\n
