Yearbooks are in and they have been organized. Students from the yearbook class will be delivering them to students in their direct studies today – so make sure that you are actually in the direct study that you are assigned to. Students who are assigned to RTI or workshop will need to stop by room 135 during their lunch to pick up their yearbook – Ms. Gorman will be there L1 & L2. If you are on the waiting list, you will be contacted once all purchased books have been distributed.
Anyone taking Ap Physics 1 next year please stop by room 333 for your summer to pick up your summer assignment and text book for next year. If you can’t stop by please email Mr. Medeiros before the end of the school year.”

Last night Voorhees’ production of Fiddler performed on the stage at the Papermill Playhouse in the annual Rising Star Awards. We are so excited to announce Mr. Finck won the award for best music direction for the state of New Jersey!!!!!!!!!In addition Fiddler was recognized among the six best musicals produced in the state of New Jersey this season. Check out the stunning trophy in the main office. Senior Joaquin Arce was awarded a full scholarship to the prestigious Paper Mill Conservatory and might have been congratulated by a famous actors parents (wink, wink), On Monday Drama Club participated in the state teen arts competition in dance, vocal music, musical theatre and presented a short student directed cut of the Outsiders. They received distinguished or advanced ratings in all of their many categories. A highlight was singing One Day More for a former broadway cast member of Les Mis. This weekend we have our senior showcase and broadway revue. Come out and support our amazing performing arts students.
