The Cheerleading Program is hosting a Car Wash TOMORROW from 8:30 – 12:30 in the VHS parking lot.
The VHS Drama Club has their Broadway Revue TOMORROW at 7 and Sunday at 2 in the Theater. You can see Mr. Reynolds in the Music area for tickets ($10 in advance) or pay $12 at the door. There will be a number of entertaining acts, dancing and singing for your enjoyment.
Juniors – Check your email to make an appointment for your Senior Portraits. Normandy will be here May 24 through June 2 to take portraits for the 2023 yearbook.
Voorhees is hosting a blood drive on Tuesday, May 24 in the Main Gym. Students 16 or older can donate (16 year olds must have a signed parent permission form to do so). Please check your email for details and to make an appointment.
The Voorhees Music Department will be holding its 2nd Spring Concert on May 25th at 7:00pm in the high school’s theater. The concert is free to attend so please join us! The performance is by CONCERT CHOIR, MADRIGALS, WIND ENSEMBLE, & STRING ENSEMBLE
“German Students in World Language Honor Society will meet after school on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 in Room 255 to make DIY cat toys for the Itty Bitty Cat Rescue, which sends toys home with newly adopted cats and kittens.”

The Voorhees and North’s Spectrum Club were nominated by the New Jersey Library Association and won the Intellectual Freedom award for New Jersey! Intellectual freedom is the ability to seek and receive information from all viewpoints without restriction. The Intellectual Freedom Award is given to an individual or group that upholds the principles of intellectual freedom. Two representatives will go and receive the award in Atlantic City on June 2nd. Congratulations Spectrum!!
Congrats to the Girls Lax team who defeated Montville 16-8 yesterday in the first round of the NJSIAA North Jersey Group 2 Sectional Tournament. They will play Mendham in the Quarterfinals on Tuesday.
Congratulations to Liam Anderson and Jack Tavaglione for their first place finishes in the shot put and 3200 M at the HWS Track Meet on Wednesday.
