For all interested students – Ms. Hardy – from the food services staff will be outside the cafe as you exit the building daily. She will have a lunch and breakfast (for the following day) available for all students free of charge. You don’t need to sign up, you would just grab it and go. The lunch does require you to heat up the items once home. For those students staying through for sports or drama club (and signed up on the google form), please make sure you grab a hot lunch from inside the cafeteria and don’t take a bag from Ms. Hardy.

We are marking the days leading up to the GAY LESBIAN AND STRAIGHT EDUCATION NETWORK’S annual Day of Silence, which Voorhees will celebrate on April 30.
On that Day of Silence LGBTQ students and allies from all over America and around the world will take a vow of silence to protest both the harassment and discrimination of LGBTQ students of all ages.
This day is brought to you by the letter T – representing the word Transgender. In 2016, President Obama announced plans for the first national monument dedicated to LGBTQ rights. The Stonewall National Monument is located in Christopher Park in New York City, just blocks from the Stonewall uprising in 1969.
