1) Today we honor the annual Day of Silence, which is a student-led day of action intended to bring awareness to the harassment, threats, silence and isolation that many students experience around the world due to Anti-LGBTQ Bullying. Students who have signed up will take a day-long vow of silence to protest the harassment and discrimination, experienced by the LGBTQ community. Participating students are then invited to head to the library at 1:30 to break their silence together. Thank you for respecting those who have chosen to participate.
2) Election packets for both class officers and student council officers will be available on Tuesday, April 14th. You can pick up packets in the Guidance Office , or find a copy on North’s website.
3) Last call for poetry, art, and photography submissions to the Northern Lights Art & Literary Magazine! Email your submissions to northernlights@nhvweb.net to be considered for publication by April 17th
