1) The Media Center will be closed periods 4-6 today for the Seal of Biliteracy testing.
2) Come join the Jewish Cultural Club’s Tu Bish Vat celebration in the mall after school today. Celebrate ecological awareness, learn about succulent agriculture, and find out more information about the Jewish Cultural Club. Hope to see you there!
3) NJ Youth and Government will meet today after school in room 243, please see Mrs. Voegele if you have any questions.
4) The Computer Science Club will meet today after school in room 212.

6 )The boy’s tennis pre-season meeting will be held on Wednesday, February, 4 at 2:30 in room 156. Anyone interested in trying out must attend the meeting. If you cannot make it, please contact coach Niznik or Coach West.
7) Testing for the Seal of Biliteracy will take place today in the Media Center from 11:32 AM to 3:10 PM. Testing will also take place tomorrow, Tuesday, February 3, from 7:45 AM to 11:04 AM (with lunch scheduled during L2). Please report directly to the Media Center at the start of testing; do not check into your first period class first. You are required to bring a fully charged Chromebook and a pair of wired earbuds for the exam.
8) An RVCC Enrollment Coach will be visiting North on Thursday, February 5 for an Application Session. This session is open to seniors ONLY – and will be held in the Media Center from 9:43-10:38 AM. Please be sure to bring your chromebook. Seniors, submit your transcript release form and sign-up with Ms. Fisher in Counseling before the date. Any questions, see Ms. Fisher in Counseling!

10) The boys and girls fencing teams competed at Berbards High School’s Mountaineer Invitational on Saturday. One squad from each team came out on top. The boys foil squad, composed of Junior Logan Hall and Sophomores Colin O’Leary and Spencer Klasna , took first place. This squad was led by Colin O’Leary who was undefeated on the day. The girls foil squad also came out on top. Sophomore Anne Albrecht-Smith led the squad with a perfect record of 7 wins and no losses. Freshmen Sahana Senthil Kumar and Fernanda Reyes provided the other key wins to help the squad win the title. Congratulations to both squads!
