Today is Tuesday, October 10, 2017
On Wednesday, October 11th we will be administering the PSAT. Students are to be reminded that they should have a restful night’s sleep the night before and a healthy breakfast that morning. The following rules are in effect for testing:
- Students should have nothing with them other than two No. 2 pencils, a calculator and their student IDor driver’s license.
- College Board directives prohibit backpacks, handbags, cell phones, any other electronic devices, food, and water bottles in the testing areas. Please leave these items in lockers during testing.
Attention all junior girls interested in this year’s PowderPuff. There will be a meeting TODAY after school in Room 243. Any girl interested see Mr. Flesche to get the paperwork needed to participate.
Calling all seniors who are interested in showing their school pride by joining the Senior Boys Powderpuff Halftime Show. We will have our first meeting after school TODAY. Please contact Ms. Baehr with any questions!
There will be a meeting TOMORROW at 2:30 in room 241 for all freshman interested in running for a class officer position.
The Chess Club will meet after school TOMORROW in room 152.
Boys Fencing will have an informational meeting on Thursday in room 126. See Mr. McKinnon for more information.
The first Math League Contest of the school year will take place in both Cafeterias next Wednesday, 10/18 after school.
Attention juniors and seniors! The English Honor Society will be holding a college essay help course TOMORROW in room 018. You should attend this course if you want to learn about effective essay strategies with Ms. Fedorko, get help with the college essay process, or receive feedback from fellow students.”
North Hunterdon will be offering math SAT review classes beginning this Thursday, running every Thursday from 3:00 – 5:00 for six weeks. Please sign up in the Math Resource Center (Room 215) by October 11th if you are interested in attending. There will also be subsequent classes offered in the winter and in the spring.
North Nation shirts are on sale to benefit the sophomore class. Forms are available online or in the athletic office. Please return forms with payment to the athletic office by 10/20.
Tuesday the cafeteria will have a Chef making Fresh Waffles for Lunch to be served in Café “B”. Students will choose their toppings
