E-BOOKS

E-books are online editions of print reference books. Unlike a traditional print source, which can be used only by one student at a time in the library, e-books can be used by many students 24 hours a day in school or at home. E-books can be found in the online catalog or through these publisher links:

• Salem Literature: Complete content of printed Salem reference sets on literary topics, including the Critical Insights, which distills the best of both classic and current literary criticism of the world’s most-studied literature

• Gale Virtual Reference Library: More than 450 titles on the arts, biography, business, education, the environment, history, law, literature, medicine, multicultural studies, nations and the world, religion, science, and social sciences.
