Please pick up the TEAM CAPTAIN COMMITMENT FORM in the Athletic Office. You have to sign that you received it.

THIS IS NOT AN OVERNIGHT EVENT

Please note: Student teams will not be permitted to stay overnight at Relay.  However, there will be many exciting games, contests, and other activities especially for student teams.   

Additionally, all Relay participants under the age of 21 must have a parent/guardian signature on his or her Registration Form.
