Knowledge@Wharton High School Essay Contest, Wharton School, U. of Penn. - Grades 9-12.  Due 12/01/08.  Win Prizes.  Topics:  “Making Money and Improving the World” or “If You Could Start Your Own Company, What Would It Be?”   Prizes will be awarded in two categories – one for freshmen and sophomores and the other for juniors and seniors. The essays were designed to help celebrate the website’s official launch in February 2009.  The contest offers you a chance to mix creativity, analysis and interesting ideas about business. American University Frederick Douglass Scholars Nomination - Grade 12.  Due11/15/08 (early decision) or 01/15/09 (regular decision).  Full and partial renewable scholarships.
