The athletic programs at North Hunterdon and Voorhees High Schools have a highly successful reputation with teams capturing championships on the conference, sectional and state levels each year. Students can participate in 17 different sports at North and 16 at Voorhees throughout their high school years. Our two high schools belong to the Skyland Conference.

During the 2010-2011 school year, about 70% of our students were involved in athletics. Below are some team achievements from the year:
North Hunterdon:
Boys Soccer team finished in second place in the Hunterdon/Warren/Sussex County Tournament.
Boys Cross Country team won the Hunterdon/Warren/Sussex County Tournament.
Girls Tennis team was the Star-Ledger All West Jersey Girls Tennis Team of the Year.
Boys Basketball team won the Hunterdon/Warren/Sussex County Tournament and was named the Star-Ledger West Jersey Boys Basketball Team of the Year.
Girls Basketball team was the Skyland Conference Delaware Division Champions.
Girls Swim team was the Skyland Conference Raritan Division Champions.
Wrestling team was the NJSIAA District 17 Champions.
Golf team was a Co-Champion for the Skyland Conference Raritan Division.
Voorhees:
Girls Cross Country team was the Hunterdon/Warren/Sussex County Tournament Champions, Skyland Conference Raritan Division Champions, North II Group 2 Sectional Champions, and the Group 2 State Champions.
Girls Volleyball team was a co-Champion for the Skyland Conference Raritan Division.
Field Hockey team was the Hunterdon/Warren/Sussex County Tournament Champions, Skyland Conference Raritan Division Champions, and the Star-Ledger’s West Jersey Team of the Year.
Boys Fencing team was District 2 Champions and the Sabre Squad finished in first place during District Championship.
Baseball team was the Skyland Conference Raritan Division Champions.
Softball team was the Skyland Conference Raritan Division Champions.
Girls Track and Field team was the Skyland Conference Raritan Division Champions.
