Due to school closure per Governor’s Executive Order for COVID-19 pandemic, the North Hunterdon-Voorhees Board of Education meeting and public hearing on the 2020-2021 budget on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 will be held virtually. There will be two opportunities for public comment during the meeting, one for the 2020-2021 budget and the second for any other topics.
You can participate in public comment through two options:
- Via the Zoom client by going to https://zoom.us/join from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Meeting ID and Password were provided in the YouTube stream before each public comment section of the meeting.
- Via phone by calling (312) 626-6799 Meeting ID and Password were provided in the YouTube stream before each public comment section of the meeting.
Note: Whether you join with the Zoom client or call via phone, you will be placed in a “waiting room” where you won’t be able to hear or see the meeting. You will be fully allowed into the Zoom meeting only during the public comment section of the meeting, at which time you will be able to hear/view the meeting and speak to the board.
