Club Location  - Voorhees HS, Glen Gardner, NJ

Workout Schedule  - Sept. 3rd - Nov. 12th  - Monday and Wednesday nights (6 - 7:30 PM)

Club Philosophy  - The Hunterdon Hills Wrestling Club is dedicated to providing quality wrestling opportunities to all local and surrounding counties and communities.

Club Goals and Expectations - Preparing and succeeding in the sport of wrestling is a year-round commitment, not a 2-3 week process. The club workouts will focus on teaching solid fundamental techniques, as well as the reinforcement of basic athletic skills which are essential for success at any level. The club practice will consist of a technique and drilling portion, live wrestling, and specialized training activities which are designed to increase, speed, stamina and endurance. Every workout will be specifically designed to prepare athletes of all ages & skill levels for the upcoming wrestling season.
