Dear Parent,

 

      I am your child’s Social Studies teacher.  Let me explain my philosophy for success in U.S.  History , College Preparatory.

     Success requires two skills.  First, daily preparation is essential.   Please do your best to encourage your child to complete each homework assignment.  Second, active learning in United States History is critical.  Encourage your child to participate in all classroom activities such as asking and answering questions, contributing to team projects, and sharing his or her thoughts with me and with their classmates.

 

 

      Voorhees High School prides itself on teacher, student and parent involvement.
